Newbridge Wireless Deploys First FemtoCell DAS for Sprint

Newbridge Wireless is very pleased to announce the successful completion of the first FemtoCell DAS for Sprint Corporation. The antenna systems are deployed for two public schools in South Carolina. Our engineers designed the systems with five eFemtoCells for two schools. This is the first time we have used eFemtoCells as RF signal sources for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Our delivery team worked closely with the schools to implement and commission the systems on time and within budget. The experience has given our engineering teams great insights and understanding in this cutting edge technology.
